The complete supercharger system boosts stock
5.3L trucks to 452HP at 8.5 PSI.
2007-2011 Tuner Kits Available Now
Tuner Kits are available for 2007-2010 5.3L New
Body Truck, 2005-2007 6.0L "Classic" Truck and
2005-2007 5.3L SUV and "Classic" Truck (fuel
management not included).
Complete Systems: Included Components and
Features
- Lysholm 2300 twin-screw supercharger with
3.80" pulley, integrated bypass valve and
actuator. The twin-screw design provides maximum
low-end torque as well as far greater efficiency
and horsepower gains compared to the traditional
(as well as newer) roots type blowers.
- Supercharger drive assembly includes idler,
drive belt and all hardware.
- Fuel management upgrade includes a hand-held
programmer (controls ignition timing and fuel
enrichment), extruded aluminum replacement fuel
rails, high-flow fuel injectors and braided
stainless steel fuel hoses.
- Integrated dual-pass air/water charge cooler
configuration features a closed loop water
cooling system with a stand alone pump, tank and
front mounted heat exchanger. The aluminum
charge cooler core features 50% more surface
area than competitive kits for maximum
temperature reduction.
- Cast Aluminum air inlet manifold mates to
OEM throttle body.
- High-flow bypass valve provides for
increased compressor efficiency and temperature
control.
- Roto-molded air inlet ducting maintains
factory appearance and joins the stock air box
and MAF.
- Complete bolt-on system includes all
necessary belts, pulleys, fasteners and a
reusable high-flow air filter.
- 3-Year/36,000-mile powertrain limited
warranty optional(term is from vehicle original
in-service date).
- Suggested retail price is $6250.95.
Complete System Part Numbers and Pricing
Complete systems include a fuel
management/calibration upgrade and will bolt onto
stock vehicles without the need for additional
parts.

Basic Kit Part Numbers and Pricing
Depending on the crate motor, accessories (pulley
offset) or vehicle, we offer basic kits for
2005-2009 LS1 truck FEAD and GM LS1/LS2/F-body/GTO
FEAD custom installations. These basic kits do not
include external charge cooler components (water
storage tank, hoses, clamps, pump, and heat
exchanger) and may require significant hood
modifications. Call for more information.
